Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is placed, and a second notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 on all orders within the United States, regardless of order size or weight.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery. Total delivery time is the processing time plus the shipping transit time. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@mavenattire.shop.

Shipping Delays

MAVENATTIRE is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. MAVENATTIRE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@mavenattire.shop. We will do our best to update your address if the order has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once fulfillment has begun.
